A called meeting of the Forest Park/Fort Gillem Local
Redevelopment Authority was held on Monday, May 4, 2009, at the
Board Members: Corine Deyton; Donald
Judson; Linda Lord; Maudie McCord; John Parker; and, John Westervelt.
Staff, Legal Counsel and
Others: Fred
Bryant, Executive Director; Herb Wolverton,

Westervelt called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. It was determined that a
quorum was present. The following matters were addressed:
Approval of Minutes: None.

Westervelt welcomed everyone to the meeting.

None.
Old Business:
None.
New Business:
John Westervelt asked the
Board to consider adding two Clayton County Commissioners (District 1 and
District 2) to the LRA Board of Directors. He indicated their presence can be
helpful as the LRA considers revenue opportunities, utility upgrades and other

next regular meeting will be May 27, 2009, at 6:00 PM.

A motion was made by Linda Lord to adjourn the meeting. The motion was seconded by Corine Deyton. The meeting was adjourned at 5:45 p.m.
