The Citizens Solution Line serves citizens 24 hours a day seven days a week. Office Operations are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 

Goal: To accept citizen problems and concerns with the goal of responding within one business day of receipt. If you have any questions, concerns, problems, or to offer advice on city operations, please contact the Citizens Solution Line.
