VIII.      Open Public Hearing to receive comments on the proposed amendment to the City Code, Title 8, Chapter 8, Section 8-8-36 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City so as to reduce the maximum allowable height for fences, walls and other obstructions to vision in certain residential use districts

 

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND: This amendment to the Zoning Ordinance is being made so as to reduce the maximum allowable height of fifteen feet (15) to eight feet (8) for fences, walls and other obstructions to vision in the R-80, R-95, RM-85, RM-100 and RM-125 residential districts.
