The Kendrick’s have now petitioned for a Conditional Use to operate a “Group Daycare” which would allow care for 7 to 18 children between the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at this same location.  If a Conditional Use were to be approved, the Kendrick’s propose to construct an addition to the home to acquire the necessary area to accommodate the increase in children.
