SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND:
Bids were opened on May 7th for a digital
logging recorder. Three bids were
received and after the bid evaluation process, the Department of Police
Services recommends Eventide in the amount of $15,410.

Consider
an Ordinance by the City Council of the City of
SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND:
Due to repairs to City vehicles and the increase in fuel prices during
the fiscal year, there is a need to supplement the fleet maintenance and fuel
line items for the Police Department. The total subsidy needed is $35,135.00
and the Police Department salary line item has an available budget balance to
cover the subsidy. The transfer within
the Department would satisfy the remaining fleet maintenance and fuel budget
needs, without requiring additional appropriations.

an Ordinance by the City Council of the City of
Forest
Park, Georgia to transfer funds in the amount of nine hundred forty seven and
00/ths dollars ($947.00) from the Ward 4 Project Account to the Street Division
Maintenance Account for the Placement of Drainage on Property located between
5217 and 5219 Austin Place in the City; to provide for severability; to repeal conflicting
ordinances; and for other purposes

an Ordinance authorizing the Director of Public
Works to expend funds pursuant to City
Code Section 5-3-3- in an amount not to exceed eight thousand eight hundred
twenty six dollars and 00/100ths ($8826.00) to perform drainage repairs on
properties located between 5217 and 5219 Austin Place in the City; to provide
for severability; to repeal conflicting ordinances; and for other purposes
