        Renewal of on-premises consumption alcohol license for

  liquor, beer and wine

 

1.      LaBamba Café, 4739 Jonesboro Road, no exceptions noted

 

2.      Request to purchase digital logging recorder – Department of Police Services

 

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND:  Bids were opened on May 7th for a digital logging recorder.  Three bids were received and after the bid evaluation process, the Department of Police Services recommends Eventide in the amount of $15,410.

 

 

3.      Consider an Ordinance by the City Council of the City of

Forest Park, Georgia, to transfer funds in the amount of $35,135.00 from Line Item 100-31-3210-51-1101 to Line Item 100-31-3210-53-1714 and Line Item 100-31-3210-53-1270 for additional fleet costs; to provide an effective date; and for other purposes

 

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND:  Due to repairs to City vehicles and the increase in fuel prices during the fiscal year, there is a need to supplement the fleet maintenance and fuel line items for the Police Department. The total subsidy needed is $35,135.00 and the Police Department salary line item has an available budget balance to cover the subsidy.  The transfer within the Department would satisfy the remaining fleet maintenance and fuel budget needs, without requiring additional appropriations.      

 

4.      Consider an Ordinance by the City Council of the City of

Forest Park, Georgia to transfer funds in the amount of nine hundred forty seven and 00/ths dollars ($947.00) from the Ward 4 Project Account to the Street Division Maintenance Account for the Placement of Drainage on Property located between 5217 and 5219 Austin Place in the City; to provide for severability; to repeal conflicting ordinances; and for other purposes

 

5.      Consider an Ordinance authorizing the Director of Public

Works to expend funds pursuant to City Code Section 5-3-3- in an amount not to exceed eight thousand eight hundred twenty six dollars and 00/100ths ($8826.00) to perform drainage repairs on properties located between 5217 and 5219 Austin Place in the City; to provide for severability; to repeal conflicting ordinances; and for other purposes   

 

6.      Consider a Resolution by the City Council of the City of

Forest Park declaring certain City property, listed on Exhibit A, to be surplus property and to provide for its proper disposal either by auction or other methods pursuant to the City’s contract with Nationwide Auctions Systems; and for other purposes
