SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND:
A petition has been filed by Reverend Charles Grant, Clayton County
Community Service Authority, Inc. to rezone a 0.918 acre tract of land, Clayton
County Tax ID Number 13-49A B001 aka 1023 Finley
Drive, Forest Park.
The
parcel is currently zoned RM-85 Multi-Family Residential and is improved with a
brick house and several accessory buildings.
Reverend Grant desires to utilize this house structure for
administration offices as an ancillary use to his current operation at

Planning and Zoning Board considered this petition on April 30th and
unanimously recommended to approve the petition.

#100-22-1510-61-1001; to provide for severability; to repeal all ordinances and
parts of ordinances in conflict herewith; to provide an effective date; and for
other purposes
