approval of the City Council of Forest Park for the subdivision of a single
family residential development
SUMMARY
AND BACKGROUND: A petition has been submitted by Terrence P.
Anderson, Anderson Enterprises, owner of 5163 East Street an R-80 Single Family
Residentially zoned 0.460 acre lot to subdivide the lot into two (2) lots. Upon approval of the subdivision, the 0.460
acre tract will be split into two (2) tracts 0.230 acres each. This subdivision is being accomplished so
that Terrence P. Anderson can construct and market two (2) R-80 Single Family
Residential houses. The petition has
been submitted under CFPCO Section

authorization for the City Manager to sign
a Final Plat as approval of the City Council of Forest Park for the
subdivision of a single family residential development
SUMMARY
AND BACKGROUND: David
Pearson, Pearson Properties Residential, owner/developer of Village at the
Grove, a ten (10) lot single family residential development located on Phillips
Drive is seeking Final Plat approval so that the developer may record the
document in the Clayton County Clerk of Superior Courts Office. Upon the recording of the Final Plat,
building permits can be obtained for each lot.
10. Consider a Resolution by the City
Council of the City of
Park authorizing the Mayor to execute
a License Agreement with the International Christian Fellowship for the use of
Kiwanis Stadium to conduct an All-Star Football Game at a rate of one hundred
fifty dollars ($150) per game for use of concession stand; to provide for severability;
to provide an effective date; and for other purposes
SUMMARY
AND BACKGROUND: The International Christian Fellowship
is a non-profit group requesting the use of Kiwanis Stadium and concession
stand to conduct Flag Football Game on June 17, 2006 1:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. This
License Agreement is a revocable License Agreement and specifications for the

SUMMARY
AND BACKGROUND: The
Georgia Municipal Association is requesting that each member City designate a
voting delegate for two meetings to be held during the 2006 Annual Convention
in Savannah.
