authorizing the Mayor to execute an Intergovernmental License Agreement with
Forest Park High School of the Clayton County School District for the Use of
Kiwanis Stadium and Concession Stand for the date of May 16, 2008 to conduct
Spring Football Game: June 14, 21, 28,
2008 and July 5, 2008 to conduct 7 on 7 passing league; and September 4, 11,
18, 2008 and October 2, 9, 23, 2008 to conduct JV Football games at a rate of
$100 for use of field per date and $50 for use of concession stand per date; to
provide for severability; to provide an effective date; and for other purposes
