SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND: This Resolution would authorize execution of a contract with Georgia DOT to provide for widening and improvement of Conley Road in the City by Georgia Department of Transportation.

Forest Park, to appropriate additional funds in the amount of $50,000.00 to cover added costs incurred in the Settlement account; to repeal all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith; to provide an effective date; and for other purposes
