SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND:
Code Enforcement expenditures related to costs of cleaning, closing and
eliminating dangerous structures have exceeded budget projections. Additional
funds are requested to be appropriated to cover the costs for the additional
activity and expected activity for the remaining fiscal year.
