SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND:
This Resolution allows Public Works Crews to enter private property of
5090 Springdale Road and 397 Webb Drive to clean a drainage ditch that is
causing flooding problems. Temporary
easement agreements have been signed by both properties.

the General Fund for the demolition of city owned property located at

transfer of $10,000 from Line Item 100-22-1510-54-2502 (Capital Outlay) to Line
Item 100-22-1510-52-2202 (Computer Equipment Maintenance) for additional funds
needed for computer equipment set up and repairs due to unexpected costs
incurred.
